The Plumbing Plan ($79/year) covers a full plumbing system inspection — drains, fixtures, water heater, supply lines, gas connections, and a water pressure test — plus all member benefits like the 15% repair discount and priority scheduling.
All plans include a minimum of 3 scheduled visits per year. We'll contact you to schedule each visit at a time that's convenient. A certified technician performs a comprehensive inspection and provides a written report of findings.
